Agora Freight organizes transportation of containers to and from Russia as well as globally. Container transport is popular thanks to relatively low cost of delivery per SKU over long distances with a high degree of cargo protection.

Direct contracts with major container lines coupled with our reliable global agency network allows us to offer our customers competitive rates to many ports around the world with assured capacity.

Container shipping services from Agora Freight include but are not limited to:

• international transportation of full (FCL) and groupage (LCL) containers both in import and export modes;
• cargo shipping and forwarding services in ports;
• road transportation of containers (including bonded haulage under customs transit);
• off-dock containers’ storage if required;
• door-to door delivery of containers

Agora Freight can assist with sea and intermodal shipping worldwide using various types of containers. Most often we use Dry Container (DC) and Dry Van (DV). Each type of container requires a suitable cargo:

• Containers 20′, i.e. twenty-foot containers are used for transporting heavy and “dense” small cargo.
• Containers 40′ and 40’HC, i.e. forty-foot standard or “high” containers with increased capacity. HC denotes High Cube. There is cargo that require the use of 45-foot containers.

Tank containers are used for transportation of liquid cargo, liquids, and gaseous substances.
Refrigerated containers are used for temperature-controlled cargo.
Oversized cargo is transported in containers such as Open Top (with an awning on top) or Flat Rack – an open area.
